What will you do If a Admin or a Moderator are breaking the Rules?

What if they are setting bad examples?

How can we become either a Mod. or Admin?

you already know what happens if a mod breaks the rules, if i break the rules, than i try my hardest to fix them, not let others fix them.
You can become a mod by setting a good example, have a good amount of posts, being a loyal member, using mostly good spelling and grammer, and being responsible
