I guess depending on how many Graphic Designers you need, I'll be one. I installed Paint Shop Pro earlier, am installing Photoshop as I speak, and will install printshop in the future, so I'll be loaded.

would the graphic desiner make requested avatars and signatures? im good at that but i suck at ripping sprites. also how do you make the moods? could i draw it scan it and then size it down?

the graphic designer makes everything used on this site pretty much, and you make the moods by ripping different things.
