what is good/ evil?

Is anything in the world actually good or evil? Or is it just your perspective? Is there any one act that is evil all over the world?

Murderers are evil all around the world. So is taking somones soul....

But not to the murderer. They think it is justified or something. Otherwise, why would they do it???

No not always. Sometimes people will murder another person for money then they regret it and commit suicide.

True, but doesn't that still mean that some people believe it not to be evil? So that means that evil is not evil to everyone. Remember Hitler? He was evil to us, but to him the Holocaust was justified.

Hitler was insane. End of story.

Yet other people around the world kill daily and they don't all commit suicide.

Killing is not the same as murder.

It may be murder to us, yet to the person it may just be killing somebody. If they are supporting families by being an assassin, then is it evil to them? It is not murder to them, but only to us. Perspective again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well worldwide its considered evil to eat your own children.

Basically, to an optimist, everything is good in some way. To a pesimist, everything is evil/bad.

so how would eating babies be good?

It makes you full, and it prevents the third world countries from having even more starvation. A sick POV, but one true one.

well if you nuke the world you'll have no humans, so their will be no peace or war. Or with humans gone cocroaches will rise, take over the world become super intelligent, and start fighting each other.

no coincidence......... realy..... IT HAS THAT NEW BABY SMELL!!!! anyways that wouldnt stop burger king though. or MCdonalds. or any other fast food place making people fat.

True, but I eat Burger King at least three times a week, yet I way 102 lbs. How is that possible?

metabolism....... and that also helps my case too becouse some people are just fa..... obese from genetics. like me.

Yeah...I got an extremely high metabolism from my dad. Not try to make a generalization , but I think that most people in America who are obese caused it themselves. Europeans, well, at least the Germans, have a low obesity count. Though, they have around 10 fast food resturaunts in the country, use bikes and trains for transportation, and drink a lot of beer. Alcohol can actually be good in some cases. It clears your arteries and prevents trokes.

yeah trust me i know about germany. My families from their.... well my ancestors are, and my uncle is german and you can drink a pint of beer if you are a minor and you have your parents permission.and beer doesnt clear your ateries, it just dissinigrates them.

Not true. Many people from my chruch and my great aunt were prescribed by their doctors to drink a glass of red wine with dinner every night to clean out their arteries of cholesterol. Too much alcohol is baaaad, but a small amount can be good.

Talking about Germany...Wonderful place, it is. Every link in my blood goes back to it. I just don't get why America still uses cars so much. And the SUV's and giant pick-up trucks. We wonder why gas is a problem...I tell you, SUV's are evil.

Exactly! And - No offense to those mentioned - the country guys you buy the giant pickup trucks but don't haul anything because they don't want to scrath the paint. I have a friend whose dad has a big pickup truck, but he hauls things in it and it's banged up. If you actually use it, sure, have it, but don't get it for show!
