game creation tips.

Well, first you need to know how to, PM if you need help, i can help with MMF2

Now, to make it exciting, you should make your own sprites. And if you do make your own sprites, make the them shiney, or have shading so it catches the players eyes. You also need to make the animations nice and smooth, so make a good amount of frames for each animation, you can always speed it up.

The Background also has to be big, epic, and exciting. Spend alot of time on the background.

If you are making an RPG be sure to add a leveling system, stats, and epic enemies and fighting sequences. If you are making an RPG, i can't help you as much as i could if it were a platformer, i haven't experienced with RPG's at all...

If you need any help (sprites, or more details) than i'll be happy to help.

Smash can help you with platformers and MMF2, but not much with RPG's.

thanks everyone. smash i would like some help with a platformer, i already have most of my ideas plotted out already for a platformer, and sio the same with an RPG. now i just have to convince my mom to let me download the program. which one do you think i should get?(for platformer.)

ok i started making sprites and everything but the game i wanna make is gonna be kinda hard. my stepdad is helping me with sprites, but what i'm probably gonna do is a action platformer/RPG. It's gonna take me a heck of a lot of time, but have a lot of free time anyways.

I used to make RPGs with that! i miss my RPG Maker XP

well the game i'm making is a platformer/action/RPG....... its gonna take me a loooonnnggggg time.

ok, i finnaly got the demo for multimedia fusion 2 downloaded onto my computer, but its giving me troubles becouse i cant freaking get it to work right. I cant use the tutorial becouse i didnt download from a disk. and i cant seem to find where to make objects or where to get started. help please.

You'll have to wait for Smash to help you with that. I've never used it, so I can't help.
